Payment:
• Invoices must be paid within 24 hours upon booking to ensure your reservation.
• Payment plans are available.
• This is a rental. The cards are the property of Ms.YardCardz.
Set up:
• Our displays may not mirror our photos but we do our best to make it similar.
• We set up between 8-9 p.m. and dismantle 24 hours later unless discussed with the client (Grad displays may be installed during the school day).
• Please water the lawn for 1-2 days prior to the event (during the summer months) as the cards
cannot be installed on hard ground
• If we cannot install it because the lawn was not watered and the ground is too hard, we do not
provide a refund.
• Let us know if you have a sprinkler system.
• Please keep the porch light on.
• Keep animals indoors or behind a fence.
• Surprises must be confirmed by the homeowner.
• These signs are not toys, please keep children from playing around them as this may result in
injury.
• Please verify the spelling of the recipient's name and the correct age.
• We will not install during thunderstorms, heavy or winds over 30mph
Damages:
• $475 replacement fee for theft or damages to the cards.
• Damages fee for individual pieces - $45 per card
• The cards are not to be moved or touched unless it is by a Ms.YardCardz employee.
• Do not use silly string or bubbles around the cards as they will stain or damage the cards.
• Do not mow the lawn or use a whipper snipper as this will result in stains and damage to the cards.

A 48-hour notice for cancellation is required for a full refund.
• Within the 48-hour window the client will receive a 50% refund.
• If weather conditions prevent us from installing the set-up, the client will receive a full refund.
